Cancellations
Orders processed on Guystar may be cancelled after payment is made but before the items are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, send us an email at customerservice@guystargroup.com prior to your order shipping, state the reason for requesting cancellation. Once the item has been shipped it is ineligible for cancellation and the return and refund policy is applicable.
When an item is cancelled after payment has been made BUT before it has been shipped, we will refund the full price of the item. Be sure to check all your orders carefully before making payment. The method of refund will vary based on the method of payment used for the purchase.

We will process all refunds promptly, however, it may take 3 – 5 business days to see refunds reflect in your account. If after 5 days your refund is not seen in your account, please drop us a note at customerservice@guystargroup.com. A Guystar customer service agent will respond to you by the next working day.
Guystar will not process cash refunds for returned goods. A credit note will be issued that may only be used for future purchases on guystar.gy.
